  The service is terrible, we have tried a number of times to give them a chance but it keeps getting worse. Tonight was the worst. A machine broke down, instead of telling us to give us a chance to order something else they took our order and had us pull up to wait...and wait, and wait. Finally I went in and they said a girl came out to tell us, but she never did. No one takes their job seriously there. The girl couldn't even take our order with out playing with other employees.The only option I was given a that point was my money back. So...I took my money back and my business. Our company has lunch there often too, after tonight we will no longer be coming back to the Bethalto, IL location.... My family or company. I will spread the word about your location. Very disappointed in how we have been treated over this time period that we've been going there.
