  Tried to order two times!! The mental giant behind the counter couldn't seem to understand the concept that I just wanted 2 small RB sandwiches and a water. $9.00 he quoted me, TWICE!!
  He then asked what kind of fries?!?
  I just left!!
  I didn't have the time or patients to educate staff on listening skills & common sense!!!

  While my wife was pregnant, she craved Arby's. I attempted to get food at this location on at least 5 separate occasions. Each time, they managed to mess up the order. If I had asked for something tricky I could understand but adding cheese on a roast beef sandwich seems fairly simple. The last time they messed up we went inside and asked if they could fix the sandwich. They apologized and seemed to fix the issue. They had put cheese on the sandwich but somehow used a different type of bun. Haven't been back since.
